Sir,

            This is with reference to your advertisement in all the leading newspapers regarding Holi.

            I am really grateful to you for this appealing advertisement. We suffer every year during Holi because unscrupulous elements in our locality throw water balloons at us without our consent. There is also a lot of eve-teasing and the use of chemical colours which are hard to wash off. Train commuters have balloons filled with dirt thrown at them.

            The evenings of the day are worse, with people driving under the Influence of alcohol and breaking all traffic rules. There are also cases of dangerous triple-riding on Two-wheelers, often without helmets. Your instructions have come at the right time to help us to enjoy Holi with our friends and relatives, without fear. Please punish those who break these rules.
