Sane Guruji Vidyalaya Celebrates Tree Plantation Programme 

      Sangli, 25th August : Sane Guruji Vidyalaya, Sangli, launched on extensive tree plantation programme to make aware the children and the people of the village abiut the importance of the trees. The students and the teachers selected the empty places and roadside to plant saplings in well organize way. The saplings were supplied by the local municipal corporation. In order to restore the eco-balance of the afforestation drives was taken with all seriousness.
      The participants were highly enthusiastic to make it big success. The students planted saplings and fenced them and watered it. Every step of the programme was appreciated by the representatives of the administration and the local forest department officials. The programme created a grate stir among the general public too. The headmaster of the school Mr. Madhukar Choudhary promised to take care of saplings till they growth well. The initiative was praised by the villagers and the education department.
